What is your service offering? >

We offer to: 1. Retouch – minor corrections and improving the tones, colors and contrasts 2. Restore – damaged images to be as close as possible to the authentic original form 3. Colorize – Convert a black & white or sepia tone image to a color image, to be in line with an image captured with a modern day (if not the latest) cameras 4. Reconstruct – Carefully weaving back lost sections of an image with or without references 5. Tricks – Adding, removing or modifying elements of an image

Can I cancel an order? >
|
You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing the order by sending an email us with the order number (which will be available in your Order Status page from My Fireia) in the subject line.
Once an order is placed we get in touch with you for finalize requirements. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once the requirements are finalized.>

How much time do you need to restore a set of images? >
|
Step 1 is to have the images available in your account through a simple and fast browser upload. Step 2 is to complete the order process from your account. Once the above is done we get in touch with you via email to gather any additional requirements and to present a delivery plan. The time taken to complete the order depends on the complexity of the task and the amount of work to be done. We typically need 3 – 5 business days for order completion with the images ready for preview in the account. We provide in a worst case delivery date of 10 business days. Our order confirmation – delivery plan email will have an accurate schedule of delivery for your order. In the coming months we will have delivery schedule estimation and order tracking pages made available.>

How are Fireia services priced?>
|
Once we have your order, we will get in touch with you to gather granular details of your requirements. With your requirements and the images in hand, we will map your requirement to Category 1, 2, 3 or 4 (please refer Services ). Factors that affect pricing are the status of the original (damaged) image, the requirement and the amount of work to be done. Our pricing models provide for volume and customer loyalty discounts.
We will confirm the pricing with you before we start the services and charge you only after the images are previewed and approved per requirements provided.>

What is your service delivery model?>

Here is an outline of the upload – order – delivery process: 1. Upload images (email or FTP images made available to the account) 2. Complete order 3. Receive order confirmation, delivery plans and pricing 4. Confirm order 5. Order completion and availability in the account 6. Preview images for completion and acceptance 7. Payment authorization 8. Receive full size completed images in .jpg>

How do you capture all my preferences for the work to be done on the images? >

We have provided for an order form that captures fine details for the nature of work to be done. If our image artists feel that additional information will help us deliver better results we will get in touch with you. We have templates that help us gather the right information from you to ensure that the image processing is in loyal to the original or to the concept you have in mind.>

How do you ensure quality of services? >

We gather the requirements in depth, when additional information would produce better results our process gets interactive. We use a balanced mix of software engineering tools such as DIRT™, third party image editing applications and image processing ingenuities. Our image artists have the qualification, the experience, the eye for detail and above all a high degree of appreciation of the sensitivities of your memories (images).>

Do you offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee?>

Yes, once the completed image is available in your account we request you to preview and accept the delivery. If at this time for some reason you are not happy with service delivery we do not process payments.>

What should I do if I do not like the restored image that I have received? >
|

Once the order is completed and made available in your account for preview, we will send out an order completion mail and request you to preview the completed images. If at the preview stages there are improvements to be had, please let us have your feedback in reply to the order completion email. Your comments in reply to the order completion email will help us to track the feedback to a specific order easily.>

Are my images secure at Fireia? >

Fireia.com image store is protected by industry standard security systems - encryption, SSL, firewalls - and has back up processes in place. Please visit Terms relevant additional information.>

How do you protect my eCommerce transactions? >

Fireia.com Beta release does not support online payment processing. We will have this feature ready in the coming releases with industry standard payment gateway services.>

Do you store my credit card number on the site? >

Fireia.com Beta release does not support online payment processing. Once this feature is enabled we do not intend storing the credit card with your account. This does mean that you have to enter your credit card each time your process an order with us, however this is recognized as a safer and secure method.>
